We will arrange a short online video call or a face-to-face meeting to get to know your interests, studies and age
better, so we can offer you the option that best suits you.

Reserve your place

To formalise your reservation, we will ask you to send us:
– The last two payslips of the guarantor
– The ID documents of the student and the guarantor
– To complete a short form with your personal details

Finally, you will need to sign the reservation contract digitally and make the payment of one monthly fee.

Accommodation contract and security deposit

Before moving into Casa Homies, you will need to:
– Sign the accommodation contract, the SEPA form and the basic house rules
– Pay the required security deposit
– Provide proof of course enrolment

Welcome to your new home

We will agree on the day and time to welcome you to Casa Homies (check-ins take place from Monday to Friday).

We will explain how the house works, go through the rules, sign the inventory report, hand over your keys and
introduce you to the other homies.

If you arrive in Manresa by train or bus, we will pick you up at the station.

Things to consider

The security deposit is a guarantee deposit that will be returned at the end of the contract, provided there are no damages or additional utility costs.
