Call us, send us a WhatsApp, or fill out the form to let us know which spot you want to reserve.
Reservation of your spot
We will ask you to send us the last 2 payslips of the guarantor, the IDs of the student and the guarantor, fill out a small form with personal information, sign the reservation contract digitally, and make the payment for the first month’s rent.
Signing the lease agreement and depositing the security deposit
Finally, before moving into Casa Homies, you’ll need to sign the lease agreement, the SEPA form to authorize direct debit payments each month, and deposit the regulatory security deposit of 2 months.
Welcome to your new home
We will arrange the day and time to welcome you to Casa Homies, introduce you to the other homies, explain the operation and rules, and hand over your keys.
If you arrive in Manresa by train or bus, we will come to pick you up at the station.
Things to consider
The 2-month security deposit is mandatory by law; it’s a guarantee deposit that will be returned at the end of the contract if there have been no damages or extra costs in utilities. It will be deposited with INCASÒL (Catalan Land Institute of the Government of Catalonia).
