The spirit of Homies was born in 2019, when after working in 6 different countries, I decided to return to Barcelona. Upon arrival, I rented a 5-bedroom apartment on Diagonal Avenue in Barcelona. With great enthusiasm, I dedicated myself to furnishing it, bringing furniture from here and there. Before long, close friends and others who were more like strangers came to live there.
Together, we made the apartment beautiful; it lacked nothing. We considered it our home and created a welcoming, clean, and respectful environment. Over time living together, we all learned from each other and experienced significant personal growth that would not have been possible if we had not lived together.
There were always friends or acquaintances asking if we had a room available, so when someone left the apartment, there was always someone of the same nature and interested in entering the apartment.
This experience brought me so much that I decided to transfer this experience to new students by creating Casa Homies.

Casa Homies offers unique accommodation in Manresa. It is a perfect combination of room rental and a modern student residence.
We have two locations in Manresa: El Passeig which features an apartment with a study room, a rest room, and a large balcony; and La Florinda, with three apartments featuring large terraces and a study or work space on the ground floor. Each apartment has single and shared rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and balconies and/or terraces.
To ensure good coexistence among students and to keep everything in optimal condition, our cleaning team cleans the common areas and rooms three times a week and changes the bed linen and towels once a week. In addition, we have coexistence rules to maintain a healthy, orderly, and clean environment among the students.
The apartments at Casa Homies are characterized not only by their modern and warm design but also by being fully equipped and ready to move in.
They have all the furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, tupperware for each student, bed linen and towels, and fiber optics so that you feel comfortable and can focus on your studies.
We know that a student’s life is not limited to their room. That’s why at Casa Homies we have created quiet and well-lit study rooms equipped with everything you need to concentrate on your tasks. These rooms can be used for group work or studying.
In addition, each apartment has a cozy living room where you can socialize, relax, and study. Each living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, outdoor access, and natural light, perfect for unwinding after a day of study. Each apartment also has a fully equipped shared kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals.
The locations of Casa Homies on El Passeig and La Florinda are perfect for students. We are situated in safe and well-connected areas, surrounded by numerous services such as bus stops, supermarkets, pharmacies, sports facilities, and cafes. Everything you need is within reach, allowing you to save time and focus on your studies.

Yes, the 2-month deposit is mandatory by law; it’s a security deposit that will be returned at the end of the contract if there have been no damages or additional costs in consumption. It will be deposited with INCASÒL (Catalan Land Institute of the Government of Catalonia).
Casa Homies will issue a monthly charge via bank transfer between the 1st and the 5th of each month to the guarantor’s account that has been agreed upon.
You can choose the room you desire, although availability depends on those already reserved. We will do our best to assign you the one that best suits your preferences.
The housing in Cta Vic has two washing machines and a Balay dryer. And each Ausiàs March dwelling is equipped with washing machines and clotheslines so you can do your laundry whenever you want.
If you’re unable to travel to Manresa, we offer virtual tours via Zoom or WhatsApp. You’ll be able to see the accommodations and sign the contract digitally, securely, and with full legal validity.
