Through this notice, Casa Homies informs users in compliance with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), about its policy on the protection of personal data so that they can decide expressly, freely, and voluntarily whether they want to provide the personal data requested on the website for the provision of its services.

Users are also informed of the inclusion of data in files, the owner and responsible of which is Casa Homies, carrying out computerized processing for the purpose of processing their request and sending them information from Casa Homies that may be of interest to them.

The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (“ARCO rights”) by means of a written and signed request indicating their name and surname and the rights they wish to exercise, and which must be sent along with a copy of their identity document or passport by email to info@casahomies.com. They may also request the deletion of their personal data (right to be forgotten) in cases established by law, taking reasonable measures to delete links to the mentioned personal data, or any copy or replica of this data. They will also have the right to limit the processing of their personal data and the right to request the portability of their data. Likewise, and especially if they believe that they have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of their rights, they may file a complaint with the national supervisory authority by addressing the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid.
