Can I choose my room?

We always try to group students according to room availability, shared interests, age, and similar studies, and we also take each student’s room preferences into account.

First, the reservation contract is signed and, during the summer, rooms are assigned based on each student’s profile and preferences.

If I can’t go to Manresa in person for the visit, can I do an online visit and sign the contract digitally?

Yes. If you can’t travel to Manresa, we offer virtual visits to show you the residence and get to know each other. The contract is signed digitally.

How do I make a reservation?

On the page Contact and reservation page you will find all the information you need to make the reservation.

Can I bring additional furniture?

The residence and the rooms are fully equipped, and students are not allowed to bring furniture other than what is already provided. If you need something that is not available, let us know and we will try to provide it.

Are there washing machines for doing laundry?

At the Passeig location there are two washing machines, a Balay dryer, and an indoor drying rack. In addition, the rear rooms have private drying racks.

At the Florinda location, each apartment is equipped with a washing machine and drying racks so you can do your laundry whenever you like.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals, but pets are not allowed, even small ones.
