Where are we?

We are located in a quiet and residential area of Manresa, with all services available. Just a 2-minute walk away, you will find the Mercadona and Aldi supermarkets, while the Basic Factory gym is just 1 minute away. The urban bus stop for the purple line, which connects with the UPC and UManresa-FUB, is only a 1-minute walk away.

Additionally, we are 10 minutes from the promenade of Manresa, 5 minutes from the Monbus bus stop on the Manresa-Barcelona line, 13 minutes from the RENFE train station, and 9 minutes from the sports and green area of the Congost de Manresa.

This area is known for its tranquility, good connections, and security, as the headquarters of the Local Police of Manresa is located just in front of the building.

How to make a reservation?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, the 2-month deposit is mandatory by law; it’s a security deposit that will be returned at the end of the contract if there have been no damages or additional costs in consumption. It will be deposited with INCASÒL (Catalan Land Institute of the Government of Catalonia).

How are the monthly payments made?"

Casa Homies will issue a monthly charge via bank transfer between the 1st and the 5th of each month to the guarantor’s account that has been agreed upon.

Can I choose a room?

You can choose the room you desire, although availability depends on those already reserved. We will do our best to assign you the one that best suits your preferences.

Is there a laundry service?

The housing in Cta Vic has two washing machines and a Balay dryer. And each Ausiàs March dwelling is equipped with washing machines and clotheslines so you can do your laundry whenever you want.

If I can't go to Manresa in person, can I have an online tour and sign the contract digitally?

If you’re unable to travel to Manresa, we offer virtual tours via Zoom or WhatsApp. You’ll be able to see the accommodations and sign the contract digitally, securely, and with full legal validity.
